This is just a get together for beer, food and laughs. There is no formality, just gonna use the bar and restaurant at the hotel.
There will be a meeting at 7pm in the allocated area of the restaurant to give an update.
Roger has emailed you to book rooms, if you wish to attend please contact Roger s he has 2 double rooms currently available. After these have gone, and you wish to attend please book with the hotel directly and let Roger know that you will be attending.

Meet up at the Hill Wood carpark. Hopefully the cafe will be open, but bring a picnic along. This is a lovely area for a walk around as well.
This will all depend on the weather and government guidelines at the time.
